Every PeptiChill unit includes 14-day returns from delivery and a 12-month warranty.
14-day returns
If the unit is not right for you, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return the unit unused and in its original packaging for a full refund.
12-month warranty
Every PeptiChill is covered for 12 months against manufacturing faults. We repair or replace faulty units at no cost.
Cancelling a pre-order
Pre-orders can be cancelled at any point before dispatch for a full refund — simply get in touch with your order reference.
